On this page you'll find our frequently asked questions from shipping to events! We will be updating this page often, so please check back for updates.  If you don't find the information you are seeking, please complete our contact form or call us to request your information.

Q: How long after I place my order will you ship my products?

A: We do our very best to have all orders - placed by 12:00 p.m. (EST) - shipped within two business days after payment has cleared.

Q: What are your shipping charges?

A: You are only charged for actual shipping costs, which is based on the weight of your order. Gazing globes may occur an additional charge due to extreme packaging needs; however, this will be noted in details about the product.

Q: What method of shipment do you provide?

A: We give you the option to choose USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail or UPS shipping. Priority Mail normally takes 2 or 3 days. Insurance is included with your order. We do also ship by UPS; however their rates have increased and include an added residential charge as well as a  new route charge for many of their customers. The prices we quote are based on their fees and we apologize for the higher shipping costs that we must charge for this service.

Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: At this time we only ship in the United States.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all credit cards through PayPal ervices online, Mastercard and Visa, by phone,  Check and/or Money Orders. We welcome phone orders and email inquiries. If you call us, please leave your name, phone number and location (so we don't call California at 7AM). We will return your call. Please don't leave credit card information on our voice mail.

Q: What are your store hours?

A: We do not operate a retail store. Our rose gardens are open by appointment. Please complete our contact form or call us to arrange a suitable time.

Q: Do you just know about roses?

A: No. Our garden tools and accessories are geared towards all gardeners with the purpose and mission to make everyone's gardening hobby more enjoyable and more healthy. However, we do specialize in rose information and offer access to the best rose newsletter in the Southeast, The Georgia Rose.

Q: Can we get The Rose Gardener to come to an event in our hometown?

A: Please contact us if you would like us to attend an event or speak at a garden club or rose society meeting.
